Payment Policies
The New Zealand Speech-language Therapists’ Association has the following payment policies:
- No refunds will be made to eligible members for their membership of NZSTA. If your membership ceases for any reason, the full membership fee is still payable for that calendar year.
- For overseas trained therapists applying under the Mutual Recognition Agreement and the Qualifications Approval Process no refunds will be made.
- For payments made by credit card the transaction will be in NZ dollars (please note for overseas issued credit cards a currency conversion fee may be added by your bank).

Payment by Internet Banking or deposit into NZSTA bank account

Please use your name, then your membership no and/or invoice number as the reference. If you are applying under MRA or QA, then your name and MRA or QA will be enough.
Payment by Credit Card - Visa or Mastercard
We use a credit card processing company called Flo2Cash. To make payment by credit card on-line please you can go to the secure page by clicking here.
Information required to make a credit card payment:
- Reference - your name or membership number
- Message - what your payment is for e.g. membership, invoice number, the specific professional development event
When entering your credit card number please leave no spaces between the numbers
