Membership Renewal - for those therapists who were members of NZSTA in 2009
All information and forms required to renew your membership with the NZSTA for 2010 except for student members (see below). You can renew and pay on-line or post your form and payment.

Student Membership
All information and forms required to join or renew your student membership with the NZSTA for 2010. You can complete the form and pay on-line or post your form and payment.

Joining the NZSTA
- for those speech-lanugage therapists trained in New Zealand or have previously had their qualifications approved by NZSTA
All information and forms required to join or rejoin NZSTA for 2010. You can join and pay on-line or post your form and payment. Before your application can be processed we must have received a copy of your professional curriculum vitae outlining your SLT work experience and professional development and a copy of your SLT qualifications (does not need to be a certified copy) - these document can be uploadedwith the on-line form or posted.

Overseas Trained Therapists
- for overseas trained therapists who have not previously had their qualifications approved by the NZSTA

As at 26 November 2009 speech-language therapy is on the Long Term Skill Shortage List, ANZSCO (Australia and New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupations) code 252712. No Refund Policy
Please note that for applications made under the Mutual Recognition Agreement and the Qualifications Approval Process, no refunds will be made. For this reason we recommend that applicants check the requirements as outlined in the application forms very carefully to ensure that they meet them.
