Introduction

This site provides access to information about professional development events being held both nationally and internationally. Unless formally stated otherwise, these events are not being run by or in conjunction with the NZSTA. There is no charge for advertising professional development events on this site, however this information can only be accessed by current members of the NZSTA.

A list of professional development events can be found in the navigation tree on the right of the page. Alternatively, professional development events can be found listed chronologically in the calendar.

Continuing Education Points

Continuing Education Points (CEPs) are used to keep track of the professional development undertaken by current members of the NZSTA. It is expected members will accrue 45 points in a three year period. There are thirteen (13) categories in which members can obtain points, with some categories possessing an associated limit.
