The NZSTA Constitution (2008) describes the overarching "rules" of the association.

Introduction to the Constitution

The NZSTA Constitution (2008) is made up of eleven articles which each describe the rules of the day to day running of the association. These articles include:

  • Constitution
  • Membership
  • Publications
  • Finance
  • Meetings of NZSTA
  • Election of Executive Board and Officers
  • Executive Board and Committee
  • Standing Committees
  • Parliamentary Authority
  • Winding Up
  • Interpretation

 

Changes to the Constitution may be made at the annual AGM, with alterations to rules put forward at the Executive Committee meeting prior to the AGM.
